SPY CAMP 7th June 2010. Students were invited to become members of different government agencies whose job it was to complete missions of paramount importance to the national security of the United States of America and Europe. The agents trained to become spies through a series of tasks whilst piecing together information about the terrorist who was on the lose.




To begin with students passed through customs to ensure they were not smuggling Spanish items into camp and so they understood that there was to be no Spanish spoken at camp.




Different gadgets were designed by each group who then presented their ideas in an attempt to sell the new models to a mysterious character.



Spy News - Terrorist

In this page, we are talking about the ¨terrorist leader¨. We separate into KGB, CIA, FBI, Scotland Yard and MI5. In that groups we investigate who is the terrorist in Carcaraes, the place that we stay. We ask to two teachers, Meghan and Silvena. Silvena said ¨for me is Meghan because she is very nice and that is like someone is hiding something.¨ Meghan said, ¨For me it is Mike because he is very tall and he has more place to hide things.¨ Then we ask three students and another teacher: Guadalupe, Josefina, Julia and Sarah. Josefina said ¨For me it is Kris because he appears and then disappears.¨ Guadalupe said ¨For me is Meghan because she has terrorists face.¨ Julia said, ¨For me is Mike because he is strange.¨ And Sarah said ¨For me is Martin because I don´t see him in the camp for about twenty minutes.¨



Spy News - Carcareas

Carcaraes is so big. It have a beautiful park, a very good food in restaurant. The rooms are small and they have a beautiful view of the park. The restaurant is cozy and very big. The waiters are very nice. The park has a lot of trees and flowers and it´s clean. The tent is cold at night but we enjoy going there.

What do you think about the rooms?

Valerio Serio: They are very nice, very big, but I don´t like the window because it´s small. It´s very clean the bathroom

Julia Cusini: They are very beautiful but they are small. The terrorist turned around they beds.

What do you think about Carcaraes?

Valerio Serio: The place is fantastic. I like a lot the park because I like trees and the green area. The restaurant is very good and the food and waiters are very good. I don´t like the tent because it is cold inside. I like a lot the hall and armchairs.

Julia Cusini: It´s beautiful because it´s quiet. They make good food in the restaurant.

Silvana: yes, I give this 10 points.
Guido: soso, but I love the cheesecake-

Reporter: what is the best food in your opinion?
Silvana: the cheesecake is very good.
Guido: the rose beef is the best.

Reporter: do you like the restaurant?
Silvana: excelent. It has a great view of the river.
Guido: yes, but I forgot my jaket here.

-we ate some food that all around the world, for example chilli con carne and chessecake , weate spy food too.

-the food was very good, we love the chilli con carne and the brownies.

-the restaurant is very nice, but we need walk a lot to arrive it.

-we think that is cool talk in English when we eat.

-Today we have for breakfast some food norteamerican, for example panqueks with jam.
